Connect each CRM branch to its own AutoCount account book and gift stock location.
1. Install once on the AutoCount server
Use the reviewed collection connector and the current sales reader. If both are already current on this server, a new branch needs its mappings and source checks, not another installation.
Collection connector: 2026.10.13.1. Sales Reader: 2026.10.27.2, including company invoice verification. Both retain the shared cash-sale plate mapping.
Collection connectorSales reader
- Open the reviewed installers on the computer hosting SQL Server and AutoCount.
- On an existing connected computer, exit the older Sales Reader after its cycle and upgrade Sales Reader only. Keep the collection connector. On a new computer, install both readers. Existing enrollment and branch mappings are retained.
- For a new server, generate a connection code here and paste it into the collection connector. Select the local SQL instance and connect before starting the sales reader.
- Enable automatic checks. Keep this Windows user signed in and the server awake.
Before connecting a new branch, install the reviewed collection connector and run Check now. Unknown or older versions cannot create a new mapping. Existing mapped branches remain unchanged.
After this Sales Reader upgrade, new branches on the same computer need their account-book connection and a read-only check in Company invoice points setup.
Connection code — expires in 15 minutes:
Paste it only into the Mobil Car Care installer on your AutoCount server.
2. Connect a branch
Choose the legal company’s account book. If branches share a book, each must have a separate stock location. A book/location can belong to only one CRM branch.
Checking CRM branch connections…
Connect each branch once, not once per gift. New active branches appear here after they are added in CRM Workshops and this page is refreshed.
Existing saved branch connections
Read-only mappings below. A saved mapping stays locked to protect existing stock and redemption history; changing its company, book or location requires a reviewed migration.
The connector picks up new mappings on its next five-minute check. Gift setup does not activate purchased credit or change sales-source mappings.
3. Approve gifts and prepare AutoCount items
Create a physical gift in CRM Stock Control, then approve its dedicated code below. The connector picks up approvals on its next five-minute check. Customer visibility remains controlled in the gift editor.
Update the connector once on each connected AutoCount server before approving more gifts. Pause and close the previous gift connector, install the current version, then enable automatic checks. Existing enrollment and branch mappings are kept.
Approval is saved in CRM. No AutoCount item or stock balance has been changed.
- Wait for the connector's next five-minute check, or run Check now on the AutoCount server.
- Refresh this status, then select the intended branch below. Use Download missing items to prepare only item masters not already in that branch's book.
- Follow the import instructions below in the correct AutoCount company. Record physical gift stock through your normal AutoCount process; CRM will read the resulting balance.

Download the current import spreadsheet
Every download uses the current approved catalogue. The file contains item masters only, with blank price and cost. Stock quantities, customer records and account settings are not included.
Download all approved gifts
How to import the downloaded items
- Sign in to the correct AutoCount company and check its book against the branch mapping.
- Open the downloaded workbook in Excel or LibreOffice Calc. On Gift items, select columns A to L from row 1 through the last gift row, including the headers, and copy.
- In AutoCount, open File → Import From Excel → Import Stock Item. Leave Update All Standard Selling Price to Zero unchecked. Clear Auto create Item Group and Auto create Item Type. Choose Paste from Clipboard with Unicode.
- If prompted, leave HasSerialNo unchecked, set Duty Rate to 0, and choose Weighted Average for Costing Method. Select Always use this value for each prompt.
- Use group GIFT, type OTHERS, unit UNIT, rate 1, active stock control, and no batch, serial or source bonus-point tracking. If GIFT is missing, confirm that exact group. Keep Always auto create unchecked.
- Review every downloaded code and description. Rows being created should show New. Review any existing item or error in Item Maintenance before importing. The branch download excludes masters already present in the last current source check.
- Choose Import and wait for Import success. Run Check now in the Windows connector, or wait five minutes. Refresh setup status and confirm that the branch recognizes the new gifts.
Count physical gifts and record confirmed stock at the mapped location through your normal AutoCount process. Reconcile stock already held under old codes so it is not counted twice. Advisors continue entering Stock Issues in AutoCount using the CRM reference and recipient text.
Branch readiness
New branches added to CRM appear here automatically. Gift connectivity is not receipt/payment readiness.
Receipt checks before opening a new branch
- Confirm the branch's legal company, AutoCount book and staff access. Complete the separate sales-source mapping where required.
- Both readers must complete fresh source checks. Verify a genuine unused cash bill against the correct CRM vehicle, including its plate, amount, date and branch.
- When the original plate reference is empty, the shared cash-sale fallback accepts only an entire standard plate in CS.DebtorName. Missing, conflicting or ambiguous source details stay blocked; do not guess a plate or bypass payment guards.
4. Set up purchased credit for each branch
Request a branch setup check and view source observations
Members choose a payment branch, then its advisor records a normal paid AutoCount Cash Bill and prints the receipt. CRM verifies that exact bill before crediting points. Accounts handles bank refunds and source accounting adjustments; CRM reserves and deducts the refunded points.
Gift connectivity and purchased credit have separate activation. New branches start with paid credit closed. One server installation serves branches on the same SQL server and instance.
Loading purchased-credit readiness…
Prepare this branch's collection and refund settings
Select a branch above.
Saving these selections prepares branch settings. Source evidence and the supported accounting profile determine readiness automatically. Sales remain subject to the separate launch and activation checks.
Prepare the three AutoCount voucher items
Open the selected collecting company's book. Review each item in AutoCount Item Maintenance before creating or correcting it.
| Dedicated code | Price | Purchased points |
|---|
| Voucher00001 | RM10 | 10 |
| Voucher00002 | RM50 | 50 |
| Voucher00003 | RM100 | 100 |
- Use active, non-stock items in group MCCTOPUP, base UOM UNIT and rate 1; enable sales, disable purchases, and use no batch or serial tracking. Keep these exact codes and prices.
- Map MCCTOPUP Sales, Cash Sales and Sales Return to this company's purchased-credit account. Keep its MYR cash/bank payment methods current. Accounts maintains tax and e-Invoice treatment in AutoCount.
- Use one voucher and quantity 1 on each top-up cash sale. Copy the exact CRM order reference and the member's verified WhatsApp details. Do not apply discounts or earn service points on a top-up.
- Run the connector check. When all three vouchers, the company mapping and payment methods pass, Admin selects Activate paid credit. The same steps apply to a new branch on this server; another installer is not required.
The approved-gift spreadsheet contains physical gift items. Voucher import has not been verified for this workflow; prepare these three items through AutoCount until a verified import format is available.
Pausing new paid-credit transactions keeps the purchase and refund history. The connector must continue monitoring existing purchases and refunds.
